These workshops will be hands on as well as demonstration. The focus of these classes will be technique and design. They will give you the tools you need to increase your speed and quality of your designs. This workshop is suitable for anyone, beginners and experienced facepainters alike! Learn, create, enhance, take your facepainting to an other level. Your clientelle will notice the difference!

Worshops Defined

Sean has spoken at tradeshows, conventions, private workshops and corporate events all over North America and his schedule is only getting busier. His workshops are quite often billed as “infotainment” as they promise to not only educate but to entertain. People learn when they are having fun. Complimenting Sean's teaching skills is his background in Human Resources and Training and Development. Sean is an excellent public speaker and has the skill set required to teach you and your attendees the skills they need to become better face and body artists, while having a fun time.

Some favourite courses include:

  • The Fast and the Furious - Speed up your game, painting faster means making more money, but don't sacrifice quality! Sean will guide you through some easy stream-lines that will boost your revenue and teach some high-impact, easy, fast designs that will have your audience raving.
  • Superific Super Heroes - There are so many other superheroes out there than Spiderman! Learn not only the latest and greatest super hero designs, but also the secrets behind the art itself. Sean will pass along knowledge gathered over 30 years of comic book art.
  • The Monster Within - Are you looking to add some edge to your portfolio? Are you ready to offer men and boys another option at the facepaint booth other than tigers and spider men? This class is designed to teach you the fundamentals of monster making. By the end of the course, participants will be creating thier own monsters from scratch.
  • Illustrations in Face and Body Art - This class is great for beginers and advance painters alike. Have you hit your plateau? Have you perfected your butterfly face and are ready to really kick your game up a notch? Are you ready to enter bodypainting contests at a convention near you? Illustration can be just the thing you need. Learn to craft intricate designs with stunning depth and detail. A picture says a thousand words, time to leave your audience speachless.
  • Dragons and Fairies - Sean is rapidly becoming the industries foremost master of fitting a dragon on a human body. Learn several dragon designs and secrets to painting dragons, fairies and a few other mythological figures in this course. This class goes great as a follow up to the illustration in body art class.
  • Tribal Lines and Swirly Designs - Show off your brush work skills with a flourish. Sean will teach you fast, easy methods to add flair to your design.
  • Airbrushing - Sean can instruct in all areas of the use of an airbrush. From painting people to guitars, t-shirts and motorcycles, Sean has done it all.
  • Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced facepainting techniques
  • Photographing your own work - Unlock the mistique of the digital camera. Learn how to properly light and photograph your work. You'll even learn some handy photoshop secrets.
  • Colour, Shading, Highlights and Depth - Our art is about illusion, get secrets to create that depth you've been looking for.
